< p > Andrea Spezza (* 1580 Arogno - before 29 March 1628 Jičín) was an Italian architect operating in the Czech Republic. < / p > < p > He is primarily associated with his work in the Czech countries, where he was invited by Czech warlord Albrecht of Valdštejn, especially in Prague (Valdštejn Palace) and in Jičíne (extension of the Jičíne Castle, Church of St. Jacob etc.). The Spezz family was originally from northern Italy and is known for its projects in the Czech Republic and Austria. < / p >
