Pomník popraveným účastníkům přerovského povstání, located in the city area of Černovír in Olomouc, is a cultural monument and a war monument. This memorial worships the victims of the Přerovský uprising against the German occupation in May 1945, which was suppressed in the same month. The monument is remarkable in its historical value and architectural design, reminiscent of the tragedy of the Second World War.

The Transrov uprising broke out on May 1, 1945 on the basis of a false report about the end of the war and was suppressed on the same day. On the following night, May 2, 21 arrested participants in the uprising were shot in the Lazek range. The interesting thing is that among the executed were two men from Olomouc who had to dig a mass grave for the remains of the victims. This uprising has marked a series of May uprisings by the Czech people at the end of World War II, making it an important historical event.

Architecturally, the monument is built on a smooth stone block plinth lined with travertine. On its surface are placed bronze embossed plates by Marie Bartonka-Drábková which give the names of 21 executed citizens and coats of arms of the cities Přerova and Olomouc. At the top of the monument there is a small sandstone statue, the shape of which resembles a flame or a falling tree. The monument was created by Ing. J. Dvořák and its first version was built already in 1946.

In 1972, the original monument was moved from Lazce to the present location in Černovír near the Lazecké shooting range, where it was also rebuilt. Today, the memorial is freely accessible throughout the year and is at the bike path. In 2011, the Statutory City of Olomouc donated a monument to the Statutory City of Přerov, highlighting its importance to both cities.

The monument was included in the list of cultural monuments on 3 May 1958, which was supported by ideological reasons during the socialist Czechoslovakia. The memorial commemorates the tragedy of the Second World War and is an important monument that honours the courage and sacrifice of the participants in the Přerov uprising.
