The community house in Neboré, a city district of Třinec, serves the Silesian Church of the Augsburg Confession as a place of worship. It houses the Parish congregation of this church in Neboré.

The evangelical movement has its roots here already before the Second World War, but it developed mainly after it. The local evangelicals at that time belonged to the Třinec congregation and attended services at the Třinec church. They also gathered directly in Neboré, in the hall of the Association of Committed Christians.

After 1968, the activities of believers in Neboré expanded. Bible study hours were held, a choir sang, a mandolin orchestra performed, and for young people and youth there were Sunday gatherings and events for the general public. During the period of normalization, however, state authorities banned the activities of the Association of Committed Christians and closed its place of worship. The married couple Macur offered the believers a place where they could continue to meet.

After 1989, pastor Stanislav Piętak came to the Třinec congregation and a preaching station was officially established in Neboré. At the same time, a decision was made to buy land and build their own community house. Construction began in spring 1997 and was completed four years later, in 2001. Pastor Stanislav Piętak solemnly consecrated it on October 21, 2001. A year later, in 2002, an independent parish congregation was officially established at the community house.

The building was designed by Jan Kidoň. It is a modern four-story structure with a rectangular floor plan and elements of brutalist architecture, standing in the middle of Neboré. The pitched roof fits into the Beskid landscape by its shape. The eastern façade is fully glazed with two bands of windows. The main cross is formed directly by the building's structure, and two side crosses are part of the glazed surface. The three crosses thus recall the biblical Golgotha.

Inside there are two assembly halls. The large one has 110 seats, the small one 50. In total, up to 270 people can fit here. The building also contains a service apartment for a church official.

The community house does not only serve for worship services. Cultural and social events for the public are held here, a choir and wind orchestra perform, Sunday gatherings, concerts and film screenings are organized. On November 30, 2014, the international missionary vocal group Vinesong performed here during their tour of the Czech Republic.
