Kostel svaté Maří Magdalény (Rousínov) Church

The Church of Saint Mary Magdalene in Rousínov is a remarkable example of Baroque architecture from the late 17th century. This church is located in the village Rousínov in the area of Vyškov South Moravian Region, was built in 1699 on the site of the previous chapel. However, during World War II, these refunds were recovered for military purposes. In 1968, the Sušilov bell was added as part of the renewal and in 1991 two other big bells were installed called St. Agnes and St. Zdislava. These new additions were financed by Antonín and Anezek Bubniak of Rousínova, which highlighted the commitment of the community to preserve its heritage.

the church served as a filial church of the Rousínov parish until 2006 / 2007 when its status was transferred to the church of St. Wenceslas in Rousínovci after dissolving the original parish. Despite these administrative changes, the church of St. Mary Magdalene remains an integral part of the local community and cultural landscape.
