Kostel Všech svatých (Butovice) Church

The Church of All Saints in Studence- Butovice is located on the northwest edge of the town, in part Butovice, on the hill of the dominant original center of the village. It is a one-ship Baroque building from 1775-1781, whose tower was built later in 1830. Since 1958 it has been bearing the status of a cultural monument and still serves as a parish church of the local parish of the Roman Catholic Church.

The beginnings of the Bukovice church are lost in the 14th century, when it was probably part of the village settlement plan. It has been reliably documented since 1434. The original building was wooden and dedicated to the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. In the 16th and early 17th century, Protestant priests took their place, but later the parish disappeared during the Thirty Years' War and Butovice was added to Bartošovice. By the 17th century, the church was dedicated to all saints, but over time it became deeply disoriented. The 1672 description captures it as a completely wooden building with poor equipment: one desecrated altar, one gilded silver chalice, four casulas, a baptizer and three bells. In 1667 the church was robbed, the thieves took away the valuables and documents that the municipality kept there. This experience led to the establishment of church registers in 1668.

Since the middle of the 18th century, the authorities and the community have sought their own spiritual governance. But it was based on the discovery that the old church was too decrepit and too small. Its capacity was lagging behind the pilgrimage chapel of Saint Anne in Butovice, where worship was held especially during the construction of the new temples. Construction of the new church took place in 1775-1781. The municipality's own resources and authority, namely Count František Xaver of Harrach, participated in its funding. The construction was walled and initially only included the ship and the priesthood. The tower was added only in 1830, when the religious matrix was added to it; At the same time, the original shingles roof was replaced by sheet metal and the present-day appearance of the facade was definitely formed. The parish was restored in 1784 and the most valuable parts of the church's mobility came from the end of the 18th century.

It is a purely baroque building without orientation. The rectangular boat is connected to a half-circle closed priesthood, with a side chapel with a baptist and sacristy with a priesthood on the floor. The facade is smooth with simple lisen frames and profiled ledge; Side sides are three-axis with half-circle sealed windows and rectangular side entrances. The ship is surrounded by three fields of Prussian vaults, and the priesthood with one field and a conchal cellar. The tower is closed with onion fighting with lantern. The music ring with organami is located in the ship against the priesthood.

The church has undergone many repairs during its newer history. The tower and the roof were authorized in the mid-1920s, again after World War II, in which the church was damaged, and then in the years 1998- 2000. To this day it is under the care of the Roman Catholic Church and since the 1950s it has been managed together with the church of the parish Studenka.
