Originally an agricultural complex, Dvůr Bulovka features several buildings around a nearly square courtyard on a prominent hilltop, resembling more of a fortress than a typical farmstead. The origins of Dvůr Bulovka trace back to the 14th century when it hosted a vineyard known as Pavlačka or Pavláčka. By the late 18th century, Ferdinand Bulla, from a wealthy bureaucratic family, acquired the estate and played a pivotal role in its transformation into its current form.
