The Chapel of Saint Procopius in Dolní Hluboká is a baroque structure exemplifying late Baroque architecture. Constructed between 1754 and 1755, it was commissioned by Countess Marie Antonie von Questenberg. Situated centrally on the village square beside the Dolský potok stream within a valley, this chapel has been under state protection since 1988 due to its cultural significance.

The origins of the Chapel date back to the mid-18th century when Dolní Hluboká became an independent village after separating from the Bečov estate. Built during a period of significant architectural developments in Europe, particularly Bohemia under Habsburg rule, the chapel's construction began in 1754 and concluded with its consecration on July 4, 1755.

Architecturally, it features a baroque design with a bow-shaped floor plan. The westward-facing façade includes four pilasters framing the portal, adorned with stone framing and a year date of 1754 above it. A prominent gable with a triangular tympanum crowns the structure, while the roof transitions into a conical spire topped by a bulbous dome and cross. Originally, the interior housed baroque furnishings, including an altar with wooden sculptures of saints such as Saint Procopius, Saints John and Paul, and Saint Archangel Michael.

Throughout its history, the chapel has experienced changes in ownership and administration. Initially under the parish church of Saint George in Bečov nad Teplou, it faced neglect after World War II when the German population was expelled, and the area became a military training ground. This led to deterioration until partial restoration efforts began in 1999.

Key events include its construction and consecration in the mid-18th century and designation as a cultural monument in 1988. Despite these milestones, the interior remains unrestored since it lost most of its original furnishings post-war.

Today, visitors can appreciate the chapel's architectural beauty and historical significance. Although lacking its original features, the exterior restoration offers insight into its baroque heritage.
