The Church of Saint Anna in Radiměř is a late Baroque building from the years seventeen seventy-one to seventeen seventy-six. However, an older church did not completely disappear. Its Gothic presbytery from the second half of the fourteenth century has been preserved and serves as the eastern chapel.

Inside there is valuable furnishing. The oldest is a late Gothic relief wood carving of Saint Anna Samotřetí from the beginning of the sixteenth century. The altar dates from sixteen sixty-six and was created by Abraham Fritsch von Reichenberg, that is from Liberec, a citizen and painter from Chrudimi. The decoration is completed by paintings by the painter Mühl from Nová Paka from eighteen eighty-eight and other wood carvings.

Below the church stands a one-storey rectory. A wooden bridge on pillars connects it with the cemetery.
