The Church of Saint John the Baptist is the parish church of the Roman Catholic parish of Mašovice and stands in the center of the village. It belongs to the Order of the Knights of the Red Star and is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
It is a Baroque longitudinal single-nave building that conceals a Gothic core within. The nave is followed by a chancel with a pentagonal apse. On its northern edge rises a prismatic tower. On its first floor there are four windows and a bell chamber.
