The Church of the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist in Roztoky is a Roman Catholic parish church located in Roztoky, part of Povrly municipality in Ústí nad Labem District. This neo-Romanesque sacred building stands on a hill overlooking a former graveyard above an erstwhile mining village known for silver extraction. Originally likely a Baroque structure, it was transformed into its current style during the 19th century and underwent restoration in the 21st century. The church is notable not only for its architectural evolution but also as a testament to the cultural shifts of Bohemia during the 19th century when Romanticism and historicism influenced many such transformations.

Inside, the presbytery has flat ceilings and is adorned with polycylindrical windows that have smooth architraves.

The church's interior houses several significant pieces of religious art and architecture. The main altar from the 19th century features a historicizing design with an image of Saint John the Baptist and baroque sculptures of Saints John the Baptist and Zacharias, dating back to the 18th century. Another notable feature is the rococo altar dedicated to Mary, which includes angels, sculptures of Saints Christopher and John of Nepomuk from the second half of the 18th century, and a modern statue of Madonna. Additionally, there is a baroque baptismal font made of stone with a wooden cover featuring a sculpture of Christ's Baptism, dating back to 1780.

Today, the Church of Saint John the Baptist stands as a well-preserved example of neo-Romanesque architecture in Roztoky.
