The Roman Catholic parish church of the Holy Trinity stands on Prokopa Chocholouška Square in Nadějkov in the Táborsko region. It is a baroque building. The building of the former rectory does stand directly next to the church, but the parish is now administered from Jistebnice.
The current church was built between 1695 and 1702. It replaced an older chapel that was no longer sufficient for the needs of the parish. It acquired its present appearance during a reconstruction in 1738.
