The Roman Catholic parish church of Saint Egidius stands in the northwestern part of Nebužely. It is a Baroque building that has been protected as a cultural monument since 1966.
The Nebužely church belongs to the group of the oldest churches in the region, which were built in the second half of the tenth century by Prince Boleslav the Second.
