The Baroque mansion of the Majorat in Chlumci nad Cidlinou, located on Klicper Square at the bridge over the Cidlin River in the Hradec Kralove district, is a unique cultural monument. History of the house of the butler dates back to 1683, when it was originally built as meat junk by the count of the Kinsky family. The construction was done by Master Kašpar z Hradce Králové. In 1719, a significant reconstruction took place when the house was converted into a mansion of the government with an atician and a shell load of Václav Norbert Octavian Kinsky. In the early 19th century there was another transformation when the building was rebuilt in a classical style; the portal was walled up and later removed the atics.

Architecturally, the house is characterized by a profiled facade with an interstorey and roof ledge. The west facade has five windows, north four, east is irregular and south three. The portal with Kinski coat of arms from the 1st half of the 19th century is a significant part of the facade. The house was built as a meat shop, but its architectural elements have undergone significant changes over the years.

The owners and administrators of the house of the butler included the count of the Kinski family, who were a key figure in the creation and first reconstruction. In 1719 he participated in the transformation into the mansion Václav Norbert Oktavián Kinský, which shows the family tradition of participating in the development of property.
