They became popular places for building recreational buildings where people could build their summer homes and enjoy the proximity of nature. In this context, in the year one thousand nine hundred and seven, this villa was created. It was built for a man named Emil Votoček. Emil was no ordinary man; He was a man of science, a chemist who devoted his work to examining complex processes and substances. It was for him that this villa was intended as a resting place, a place where he could find peace after difficult days in the laboratory and build his own private world.
