This transformation continued into the late 17th century under Jan Arnošt ze Scherfenberka, who converted it into a baroque castle with a five-winged structure surrounded by a park. The architectural evolution was further enhanced in the 18th century when Václav hrabě Kořenský z Terešova added a rokoko-style salon, reflecting broader artistic movements of the period.

In 1796, Marie Anna von Reichenau acquired the estate, later gifting it to Michael Zikmund Bukůvka in 1826. The Bukůvkas maintained a vibrant social life at the castle until selling it to Olomouc's archbishop in 1870.
