Zámek Zásmuky Chateau

Zámek Zásmuky is a cultural monument located in Zámuka in the region Středočeský kraj Czech Republic. This early Baroque chateau from the 17th century is evidence of architectural and historical development over several centuries. Originally built as a fortress around 1350, it underwent numerous transformations reflecting changes in ownership and style. The origin of Zámek Zásmuky dates back to the middle of the 14th century, when Ctibor ze Zásmuk probably built a fortress. This original structure served as a fortress until the mid-15th century, when the Zamucký family ceased ownership.
