This year, the Wenceslas Jewish community was destroyed. It's the moment when history split apart. So what you see before you is not only a cemetery, but also a monumental monument to the sudden end of a whole culture in this city. This emptiness carried by the cemetery may be the most significant part of its history. It is silence for people who were once here, but who will never be a part of today's city again.
