But the Kajetans were not satisfied in the city. When the plague epidemic hit the Czech country in 1680, Martinique wrote an amendment to his will, by which he undertook to summon Franciscan instead. The episode of the Cajetans ended in 1684 and since then the temple has served the Franciscan monasteries. The church was finally equipped and consecrated as Franciscan in 1697. The Franciscan remained here until 1950, the monastery is protected since 1958.
Architecturally, the temple is a one-ship building of a rectangular plan with a semi-circular finish by a presbytery and a sanctiser. The facade is decorated with a broken shield, outer walls of the embedded fields and flat pilasters. The western shield has a Baroque skylight, a large segment window leads to the choir. Originally they stood in the standing nexus of the statue of St. John the Evangelist and John the Baptist. Especially valuable is the Baroque portal from 1674 - sculpture work - with smooth Tuscan architecture. Under the count's crown there is a mask of an angel and two coat of arms: the coat of arms of Bernard Ignatius John of Martinique with a silver lily leaf and the star of his mother Marie Eusebie of Sternberg, and the wine knives of Zuzana Polyxena of Dietrichstein, the second wife of Martinique. The portal is wrapped with a chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece.
Today, in the building of the former monastery, Josef Slavík's Basic Art School is located, one space is rented by a shop. There were preserved fragments of fresco with the scene Preaching St. Francis to birds, probably painted by František Antonín Müller.
