The Baroque Church of Saint John of Nepomuk stands in Velká Chuchle on the south side of Prague, on a promontory above the Vltava valley. It belongs to the Radotínsko – Chuchelský háj nature reserve and is located near an asphalt road that connects Pod Akáty street in Velká Chuchle with the zoo corner in Malá Chuchle.
