Following World War II, the Weiss family's assets were confiscated under the Beneš Decrees, leading to state management first by Horácké pivovar, n.p., and later Jihočeské pivovary, n.p. This transition marked a significant change from private to public ownership until production ceased in 1969.

Throughout its history, the Pacov Brewery primarily produced pale beer, with occasional dark varieties. Notable brewers such as Josef Tomáš Suk, Jan Mazánek, and František Pospíšil contributed to its reputation. The brewery's competitive edge was evident as it outlasted other local breweries in Velká Chyše, Březina, Kamení, Vodice, and Těchobuz.

Today, the Pacov Brewery is a preserved cultural monument within Pacov's historic town reserve, near the iconic Pacov Castle. While parts of the complex are city-owned, other sections remain privately held, leaving their future use uncertain.
