This is a classic grafted cottage. See how these wooden beams are arranged. However, this whole wooden structure must not stand directly on the ground so that it does not rot. Therefore, notice the lower part of the house where you see a brick suspect. This walled base serves as a solid and stable base, which protects the grafted walls from moisture and ensures the overall stability of the whole estate. It is a connection between solid stone or bricks and warm wood, which creates a very harmonious whole.

Now raise your sight up to the top of the building. There's a roof above you. It's a saddle roof that's typical of this area. It is covered with material called eternit, which over time replaced the original covers, but still retains its traditional shape. A very interesting element you should not miss is the paramilitary. These roof shapes provide the house with its specific, slightly twisted and very cozy appearance. And if you look at the shields of the house, you'll see another masterpiece. They're upright. This means that they are lined with wooden boards placed perpendicular to the ground. This way of surrounding creates beautiful vertical lines that optically lift the building up and give it rhythm and elegance. This detail is proof that even an ordinary country house could have been the work of very skilled craftsmen.

Although we have not been able to identify the names of the particular architects who designed this house or the names of the people who lived here, we can sense their presence in these walls.
