This was the time when the Baroque style achieved its greatest flourishment and its effects spread to rural areas, where the Baroque aesthetics connected with the practical needs of agricultural activity. That is when what we now call the baroque core of this estate arose. It was not just an ordinary house, but a complex that was meant to serve the entire community and manage the region. This estate was seen as an important part of the cultural heritage and was protected precisely for its historical value and its specific character. At that time, there was not only a place for living, but a whole living organism that included residential buildings, sheep houses and barns.

Now pay attention to what you can see in the surroundings and in the details of the buildings themselves. Although most of the original buildings, such as the sheepskin or the original residential building, have been demolished or fundamentally rebuilt over the years, the Baroque spirit is still trying to speak through certain elements. These simple but elegant shapes are typical of the late baroque style, which did not seek excessive luxury but rather harmony and rhythm. Over the centuries, however, the fate of the estate has changed. The transition from traditional agricultural life to modern living patterns has brought about major changes. The strongest moment of this transformation was the year two thousand and two. This year, there was a major impact on the appearance of the entire complex. The original residential building and the sheep house were demolished, which meant that the face of the estate had changed forever. The site of the original complex began to develop a new form, which included the rebuilding of the swap along with the barn and the subsequent construction of the new building under the number hundred and ninety-seven. It's a fascinating story about how history clashes with the needs of today and how space adapts to new generations.
