Deymovský palác v Praze Palace
The Palace on the corner of Vorshilská and Ostrová streets is situated on the site of three houses from the 14th century which it has gradually unified since 1702 František Ferdinand hrabě Berchtold z Uherčic. In 1721 his successor Václav Ignác hrabě Deym ze Stříteže completed his work, whose name was preserved by the building. The important noble families - Malovks from Malovice and Kinský - were then owned.
The decisive change came in 1800 when the palace bought Josef hrabě Vratislav z Mitrovic and had it completely rebuilt according to the design of Ignáce Palliardiho.
