Notable figures such as Adam Kravařský ze Šlejvic owned it before the Thirty Years' War and were involved in the 1618 anti-imperial uprising. After the Battle of White Mountain in 1620, his property was confiscated, and ownership passed to Orlík z Lazicka, a court official for Cardinal František z Ditrichštejna.

The architectural evolution is most evident during its Baroque transformation under Jan Mikuláš Reiter z Horberka in the mid-17th century. In 1649, Reiter acquired the house and unified it with a neighboring property, adding a new baroque façade that covered earlier sgraffito decorations. This renovation included a new stone portal and an expansive staircase, enhancing its grandeur. The original Renaissance ground floor layout was preserved in the front wing facing the square, showcasing high-quality craftsmanship from the period.

Ownership changed hands several times, reflecting broader historical shifts. After Reiter's death, the property passed to Karel II. z Lichtenštejna-Kastelkornu, whose coat of arms was placed on the façade in 1665.
